As a touring band, The Pop Ups played at venues as large as the Beacon and MSG Theatre with Yo Gabba Gabba LIVE. We played solo at Lollapalooza in 2015 and 2019, Austin City Limits, and even SXSW for Amazon Music. These bigger shows gave us the experience to pitch Tinkercast on a new live experience that would become the Wow in the World Pop Up Party.

Wow’s podcast audience was energized. And they showed up! We sold out shows and VIP Meet n Greets from our first shows onward. The monthly dates rotated to different cities, and by year two we were selling out 3000 seats per market in nearly every city.

We partnered with UTA and Live Nation as co-producers and brought the show roaring back for a third year of shows that culminated in a 4 camera broadcast that streamed on YouTube for Wow subscribers in May 2023.
